How can I return an item?
If the product you would like to return was purchased within 30 days, you may contact
us to get a Return Authorization number. We will let you know any additional information we require after we receive your first request.
Can I bill my purchase to our account?
For approved customers, we offer the ability to bill your online purchases to your existing account with us. However, we must activate this feature on your account before you are able to do so. Call or email us
to request that this feature be activated.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal transfers, cheque, and money order.
What is Paypal?
PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send us a payment using their credit card or bank account. All our credit card purchases are handled via Paypal, so when you finalize your online purchase, you will be securely transferred offsite to Paypal to complete the transaction.
I don't have a Paypal account! Can I still purchase online?
Yes! While there is currently no other way for you to enter your credit card information, you can send us a cheque or money order, or give us a call
and pay by phone.
